The MCU adopts the QFN48 package, which offers excellent thermal performance and a compact footprint, making it ideal for integration into space-constrained automotive electronic systems. It has passed the rigorous AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, ensuring high reliability and durability in harsh automotive environments.
