AT32A423R8T7 automotive MCU features the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core with a main frequency of 150MHz, integrating an FPU, MPU, and DSP instruction set. It is equipped with 64KB of Flash and 32KB of SRAM, and packaged in LQFP64. Certified by AEC-Q100, it operates reliably within the wide temperature range of -40 to 105℃. Its efficient computing capabilities are suitable for processing data from in - vehicle sensors. The 64KB of Flash meets basic program storage requirements. The LQFP64 packaging facilitates PCB layout. Its reliable temperature adaptability ensures stable operation in harsh automotive environments.
