AT32A423RCT7 automotive MCU, powered by the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, operates at a main frequency of 150MHz and integrates an FPU, MPU, and DSP instruction set. It is equipped with 256KB of Flash memory and 48KB of SRAM, and is packaged in LQFP64. This MCU has passed the AEC-Q100 automotive standard certification and can operate within a temperature range of -40 to 105℃. Its high-performance computing capabilities allow for efficient processing of complex data and control commands. The 256KB Flash meets the storage and upgrade requirements of in-vehicle system programs, while the 48KB SRAM ensures real-time data read/write operations.
