P24C16C-C6H-MKR is a 2Kbit (16Kbit) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM memory chip produced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a storage array of 2048 × 8 bits, with each page consisting of 16 bytes. This chip operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V and is functional within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, being compatible with clock frequencies of 400kHz and 1MHz across this voltage spectrum. It boasts an endurance of over 1 million write cycles, data retention of more than 100 years, an HBM rating of 6kV, and latch-up immunity of ±200mA (at 25°C and 125°C).
