P25C16H-UNH-MER is a 16-Kbit SPI interface EEPROM offered by Puya Semiconductor. It provides 16Kbits of storage space, organized in pages of 32 bytes each, and supports fast byte/page write operations with a write time of less than 5 milliseconds. The device also features hardware protection capabilities, allowing protected sectors to be locked via the WP pin, and offers transparent ECC to correct 1-bit errors in each group of four bytes. PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices.
