P24C16C-C6H-MIR EEPROM chip, leveraging low-power CMOS technology, features a typical read current of 0.2mA at 400kHz and a typical write current of 0.8mA at 400kHz. It is equipped with Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to reduce noise interference. The chip supports sequential and random read features, page write modes, and allows partial page writes. Additionally, the P24C16C-C6H-MIR offers write protection for the entire memory array, an additional write-lockable page, and a 128-bit serial number, enhancing data security.
