P24C16D-TOH-MKR is an I2C-compatible serial EEPROM launched by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage support from 1.7V to 5.5V and a high-speed mode of 400kHz/1MHz. Utilizing low-power CMOS technology, it has a read current of 0.2mA and a write current of 0.8mA, equipped with Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise interference. It supports sequential and random read functions, page write modes, write protection for the entire array, and additional write-locked pages, with an auto-timing write cycle of up to 5 milliseconds. The EEPROM demonstrates excellent reliability with a 1 million cycle endurance, 100-year data retention, and a 4kV HBM performance.
