P24C128F-TSH-MIR is a 128-Kbit I2C EEPROM launched by PuYa Semiconductor, featuring a storage capacity of 16 Kbytes and a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, supporting a clock frequency of up to 3.4MHz. This EEPROM utilizes low-power CMOS technology, offers noise suppression, transparent ECC (Error Correction Code), write protection functionality, and includes an additional write-locking page and a 128-bit unique serial number. It supports a 64-byte page write mode and has an auto-timing write cycle of up to 5ms.
