P25C128H-TSH-MER is a 128-Kbit SPI interface EEPROM produced by Giantec Semiconductor. It has a wide voltage supply range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum operating frequency of up to 15MHz, especially when the voltage is between 4.5V and 5.5V. This EEPROM supports byte/page writing, with a page size of 64 bytes, and has a short writing cycle of just 5 milliseconds.
