P25C128H-MSH-MKR is an SPI interface EEPROM memory device produced by Giantec Semiconductor, featuring a storage capacity of 128Kbit (16KB), suitable for a variety of medical device applications. This EEPROM can serve as an embedded system storage component for storing system configurations, user data, calibration parameters, and patient health data. It is also used for recording device usage logs and storing firmware and software updates, facilitating device maintenance and functional upgrades.
PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices.
