P24C128D-SSH-MIR EEPROM chip, with its high performance, high reliability, and flexible packaging options, is widely applied in a variety of smart devices and systems. Specifically, it is used to store electricity usage data and user settings in smart meters, save calibration parameters in vehicle cameras, record display settings in LCD display modules, perform parameter storage and configuration in new energy systems, manage device status and user configurations in smart home systems, and record calibration parameters and health data in medical devices. Additionally, it is used to store configuration parameters for PLCs and sensors in industrial control equipment, enhancing production efficiency and system stability.

PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
