P24CM01H-TSH-MER is a 128Kbit I2C EEPROM produced by Puya Semiconductor, supporting a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and clock frequencies of 400 kHz/1 MHz. This memory device features transparent ECC error correction and write protection capabilities. Utilizing low-power CMOS technology, it offers additional writable lockable pages and a 128-bit unique serial number. It supports 256-byte page writes and a self-timed write cycle of up to 5ms. With 10 million write endurance cycles, a 200-year data retention capability, and available in various packaging options, this EEPROM is suitable for automotive electronics, industrial control, and other applications. It has also passed the AEC-Q100 certification, ensuring its reliability and performance in harsh environments.
