P25CM01H-SSH-MER is a 1-Mbit SPI interface EEPROM memory produced by Puya (PUYA), supporting a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and packaged in SOP8 (150 mil). This product has passed the AEC-Q100 certification and is suitable for automotive electronics, capable of stable operation in a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
