P25CM01H-CSH-MKR is a 1-Mbit SPI EEPROM storage device introduced by Puya (PUYA), packaged in WLCSP8 and supporting a wide voltage supply range from 1.7V to 5.5V with a maximum operating frequency of 15MHz, compatible with SPI mode 0 and mode 3. This EEPROM offers 128Kbytes of storage space, supports fast 256-byte page writes and byte-level writes, has a write endurance of up to 4 million cycles, and a data retention lifespan of 100 years. It also includes an additional identification page, a 128-bit unique serial number, and hardware-controlled locking features, making it suitable for a variety of application fields such as smartphones, servers, electricity meters, automotive electronics, panels, home appliances, and industrial control.
