SGM8103I is an industrial-grade eMMC 5.1 storage device from YEESTOR that employs pMLC (pseudo-MLC) flash in densities of 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB. Housed in an 11.5 mm × 13.0 mm × 1.0 mm BGA153 package, it operates from –40 °C to +85 °C. With HS400 support, it achieves sequential read/write speeds of 330 MB/s / 260 MB/s and random 4 kB read/write IOPS of 30 k / 18 k. On-chip third-generation LDPC ECC, dynamic wear-leveling, runtime bad-block management, and power-loss protection (PLP) keep the bit-error rate below 10⁻¹⁵. Standby current is <150 µA and deep-sleep current <40 µA. Qualified for 3 000 P/E cycles, 1 000 h high-temperature aging, and 50 G vibration testing to AEC-Q100 Grade 2, it is ideal for smart cockpits, industrial gateways, and edge-AI applications demanding high capacity, longevity, and rugged reliability.
