AT32F435CCT7 is a high-performance microcontroller (MCU) based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core, with a main frequency of up to 288MHz and integrated FPU and DSP instruction sets. It features 256KB of Flash memory and 384KB/512KB of SRAM, and is packaged in an LQFP48 form factor. The MCU offers a wide range of peripherals, including two USB 2.0 OTG interfaces, two CAN FD interfaces, four USART interfaces, and three SPI/I²S interfaces. It also includes a 12-bit, 20-channel high-speed ADC with a sampling rate of 3.33Msps, and a 16-bit advanced timer that supports six complementary PWM channels. The I/O ports are generally 5V-tolerant.
