AT32F435CCU7 is a high-performance microcontroller (MCU) based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core, featuring an ultra-high main frequency of 288MHz and integrated FPU and DSP instruction sets. It is equipped with 256KB of Flash memory and 384KB/512KB of SRAM, and is packaged in a compact QFN48 form factor (approximately 5mm × 5mm). The leadless design reduces parasitic inductance, and the bottom thermal pad enhances thermal performance.The MCU offers a rich set of peripherals, including two USB 2.0 OTG interfaces (supporting crystal-less mode), two CAN FD interfaces, four USART interfaces, and three SPI/I²S interfaces. It also includes a 12-bit, 20-channel high-speed ADC with a sampling rate of 3.33Msps, and a 16-bit advanced timer that supports six complementary PWM outputs. Almost all I/O ports are 5V-tolerant.
