AT32F425R8T7-7 is an ultra - value - added MCU based on the ARM Cortex - M4 core. It features a 96MHz main frequency and is equipped with 64KB Flash, 20KB SRAM, and 4KB configurable system memory. It is packaged in LQFP64. The MCU integrates an OTG controller (supporting crystal - less mode), CAN bus, 4 USARTs, 3 SPI/I²S, 2 I²Cs, advanced timers, 6 general - purpose timers, a 32 - bit timer, and a 12 - bit 16 - channel high - speed ADC (with a sampling rate of 2Msps). Almost all I/O ports support 5V input and port remapping. It is equipped with the sLib security library to protect the program area. It supports IDEs such as Keil and operating systems like RT - Thread and FreeRTOS. It is accompanied by development boards and programming tools. The working temperature ranges from - 40℃ to 105℃. It is powered by 2.4V - 3.6V and supports power - saving modes.
