DS2520AS is an ultra-miniature SPXO with dimensions of 2.5×2.0×0.9mm³, offering a full frequency range from 1.0 to 125MHz and an edge rate of less than 1.2ns in the high-frequency band. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6V, achieving an optimal balance between high-frequency communication and low power consumption within a millimeter-scale package. Its 0.9mm ultra-thin substrate is suitable for flexible PCB stacking.
