DS2016AS is an ultra-miniature SPXO with dimensions of 2.0×1.6×0.8mm³. It offers a full frequency range from 1.0 to 125MHz, with an edge rate of less than 1.2ns in the high-frequency band. The device supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6V and achieves power consumption of no more than 4.5mA at 125MHz. It breaks through the dual bottlenecks of timing precision and energy efficiency within millimeter-scale spaces. Its 0.8mm ultra-thin package is suitable for flexible PCBs and high-density stacking. With a wide temperature stability of ±50ppm from -40℃ to +125℃ and 8kV ESD protection, it can effectively resist industrial electromagnetic interference and extreme temperature variations.
