DSO321SR is an SPXO crystal oscillator designed for miniaturized and high-precision timing scenarios. It features a compact package with dimensions of 3.2×2.5×1.2mm and integrates the capability of ultra-wide frequency band output ranging from 0.2 to 125.0MHz (including the 32.768kHz RTC standard frequency point). Through a wide voltage compatibility of 1.6 to 3.6V and an internal LDO voltage regulator circuit, it is suitable for scenarios directly driven by button batteries or lithium batteries. The typical power consumption in the high-frequency band is approximately 8mA, and the standby current is less than 0.5μA. Combined with a wide temperature stability of ±30ppm (-40℃~+125℃) and a metal shielded package, it can simultaneously meet the core requirements of devices such as smart medical patches, environmental sensors, and BLE 5.0 terminals for RTC clock accuracy, sensor synchronization timing, and low latency in wireless communication. Its optional differential output function further enhances the integrity of high-frequency signals. When selecting the model, it is necessary to check the performance in terms of phase noise in the low-frequency band (0.2~5MHz) and edge rate in the high-frequency band (100MHz+) to balance the engineering contradictions among miniaturization, low power consumption, and high-precision signal transmission in miniature IoT terminals.
