FM24C32DA1-DN-T-G is a 32K-bit (4096-byte) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory launched by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in TDFN8. It supports a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V, with a maximum communication frequency of up to 1MHz and a working temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The chip features a data retention time of up to 40 years and an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles. It also supports a 128-bit unique ID and a 128-byte security zone. It is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, and automotive electronics, especially suitable for low-power and high-reliability scenarios.
