FM24C32DA1-SO-T-G is a 32Kb (4096 bytes) I²C interface serial EEPROM memory introduced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in SOP8. It supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum communication frequency of 1MHz, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The chip has an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention period of 40 years. It features a 128-bit unique ID and a 128-byte security sector, with hardware write protection. Suitable for low-power, low-voltage operations, it is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, and automotive electronics.
