FM24C32D-PD-T-G is a 32Kb (4KB x 8) I²C interface EEPROM memory introduced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in PDIP8. It supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The product features high reliability, with an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention period of 40 years. It provides a 32-byte security sector and a 128-bit unique device ID, supporting a maximum communication rate of up to 1MHz (2.5V - 5.5V) and 100kHz/400kHz (1.7V). It complies with RoHS standards and is suitable for industrial and commercial applications, especially for low-power and low-voltage operation scenarios.
