AT32F437ZCT7 is a high-performance 32-bit MCU from Artery. Fabricated in 55 nm technology with zero-wait-state memory, it runs the ARM Cortex-M4 at 288 MHz (360 DMIPS) and integrates FPU, DSP and MPU. It provides 256 KB Flash and up to 512 KB SRAM, plus dual OTG, dual QSPI, eight UARTs, dual CAN, four SPI/I²S, three high-speed ADCs, DVP, Ethernet and XMC expansion. Packaged in LQFP144, it operates from –40 °C to 105 °C at 2.6–3.6 V with multiple low-power modes—ideal for industrial automation, motor control and IoT applications demanding high performance and rich I/O.
