AT32F437VCT7 is a high-performance 32-bit MCU from Artery. Built on a 55 nm ARM Cortex-M4 core with zero-wait-state memory, it runs at 288 MHz (360 DMIPS) and integrates FPU and DSP. The device offers 256 KB Flash and up to 512 KB SRAM, plus dual OTG, dual QSPI, eight UARTs, dual CAN, four SPI/I²S, three high-speed ADCs, DVP, Ethernet, and XMC expansion. Packaged in LQFP100, it operates from –40 °C to 105 °C at 2.6–3.6 V with multiple low-power modes—ideal for industrial automation, motor control, and IoT applications demanding high performance and flexible memory.
