It has 128KB of flash memory and 64+6KB of SRAM, and is packaged in LQFP64, which is suitable for applications that require more peripheral interfaces. It has rich peripheral interfaces, including multiple UART/USART, SPI, I²C, CAN bus, USB OTG, etc., and also supports an infrared transmitter. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, which is suitable for a variety of application scenarios such as industrial control, Internet of Things devices, and smart homes.
