It has 256KB of flash memory and 96+6KB of SRAM, supports various clock sources and low-power modes, and is equipped with a wide range of peripheral interfaces, including QSPI, CAN, multiple UART/USART, USB OTG, and more. It also features a high-speed ADC and multiple timers. The microcontroller has up to 56 I/O ports that can withstand 5V input signals. Additionally, it supports the sLib security library. With a working temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and packaged in QFN48, the AT32F402CCU7 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including e-sports, industrial automation, and the Internet of Things.
