P24C02C-UNH-MER

P24C02C-UNH-MER, introduced by Puyuan Semiconductor, is a 2Kbit I2C EEPROM memory device that employs low-power CMOS technology. It operates with a typical current of 0.2mA during read operations at 400kHz and 0.8mA during write operations at the same frequency. This EEPROM is equipped with Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to enhance noise suppression capabilities. It supports both sequential and random read functions, as well as page write modes, allowing for partial page writes. Additionally, it offers hardware write protection for the entire memory array.
