The SiTime SIT80/SIT89 series of MEMS oscillators are specifically designed for harsh environments, offering an ultra-wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a reliability 50 times that of quartz devices (with a Mean Time Between Failures, MTBF, of over 1 billion hours). These oscillators have obtained the AEC-Q100 automotive-grade certification and feature industrial-grade anti-vibration performance (withstand up to 70,000g of vibration), meeting the extreme requirements of automotive electronics (such as ADAS and in-vehicle networks) and industrial automation (including robots and motor control).
This series supports fully programmable frequencies ranging from 1MHz to 137MHz, boasting an ultra-high precision of ±25ppm and an extremely low phase jitter of 0.3ps. They can replace traditional quartz oscillators, significantly enhancing system stability. With an ultra-small package size of 1.5mm×0.8mm, they save 70% of the PCB space.
