Microchip (微芯) I2C EEPROM chip 24CW1280T-I-CS0668 is a 128Kb serial EEPROM in 4-CSP WLCSP tape and reel package. It adopts I2C communication interface and temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. Featuring 1MHz clock frequency, 32-byte page write, software write protection, up to 1 million erase/write cycles and 200-year data retention. Suitable for parameter storage in camera modules and IoT equipment.
