Microchip (微芯) I2C EEPROM chip 24CS128T-I-Q4B is a 128Kb serial EEPROM in UDFN-8 tape and reel package. It adopts I2C communication interface and temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. Featuring 3.4MHz clock frequency, 64-byte page write, enhanced software write protection, up to 1 million erase/write cycles and 200-year data retention. Suitable for parameter storage in automotive electronics and industrial equipment.
