AT32M412KBU7-4 is a high-performance motor-control MCU from Artery. It features an ARM® Cortex®-M4 core running at up to 180 MHz with single-precision FPU and DSP, 128 KB Flash and 16 KB SRAM, all in a QFN32 package. The device operates from –40 °C to +105 °C and 2.4 V to 3.6 V.
