AT32F456ZET7 is a mainstream 32-bit MCU from Artery, based on a 192MHz Cortex-M4F core. It is packaged in LQFP144 (144-pin) and features 512KB of Flash memory and 144KB of SRAM. The MCU integrates high-speed ADC/DAC and multiple communication interfaces, including three CAN channels. It supports AES hardware encryption and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. With its low-power design, it is well-suited for embedded scenarios and ideal for applications in industrial automation and high-end control that require high I/O and storage capabilities.
