AT32F455VCT7 is a mainstream 32-bit MCU introduced by Artery. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M4F core with a main frequency of 192MHz. This MCU is equipped with 256KB of Flash memory, 108KB of SRAM (including 96KB for general use and 12KB for other purposes), and 4KB of OTP data storage. It is packaged in an LQFP100 form factor (100 pins). The AT32F455VCT7 integrates two 12-bit 16-channel high-speed ADCs (with a sampling rate of 5.33Msps), two 12-bit DACs, and eight general-purpose 16-bit timers, as well as communication interfaces such as three I2C, four SPI/I2S, eight USART, and three CAN buses, supporting high-speed data processing and multi-device interconnection. It features the SLib security library with an integrated AES hardware accelerator and a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) to ensure the security of code and data. The MCU supports an industrial-grade temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and has a low-power architecture that accommodates power-saving modes like sleep, deep sleep, and standby.
