AT32F415K8U7-4 is an ultra-value MCU from Artery, featuring a 150MHz ARM Cortex-M4 core with an integrated FPU (Floating-Point Unit). It can efficiently handle lightweight control tasks and digital signal processing, and supports low-power modes to suit battery-powered applications. With 64KB of Flash memory and 32KB of SRAM, it meets the requirements for simple program storage and real-time data processing. The ultra-compact QFN32 package (5mm×5mm) saves PCB space while maintaining good thermal performance. It supports communication interfaces such as SPI, I²C, and UART, making it suitable for miniaturized products like smart door locks, wearable devices, and micro sensors.

Artery's MCUs utilize an advanced 55nm process technology, which gives them a leading edge in chip performance, power consumption, and integration. Their products based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4/M0+ architecture have distinct performance characteristics.
