P24C64C-MSH-MKR is a 64-Kbit I2C-compatible serial EEPROM produced by Puya Semiconductor, known for its low power consumption, ultra-wide voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V), high reliability (10 million erase/write cycles and 100-year data retention), and high-speed clock frequency (up to 1MHz) . It is widely used in fields such as smart phones, TWS earbuds, Internet of Things devices, automotive electronics, and industrial control systems .
PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
