P25Q64H-TBH: High-Performance Industrial-Grade Storage Solution

Operating within a voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V, it offers a high SPI clock frequency of up to 104MHz and multiple erase options, including 4KB sector erase and 32KB block erase. Additionally, it is equipped with three 1024-byte secure registers for data security. The P25Q64H-TBH adopts a 24-ball TFBGA package, has a working temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, a write endurance of 100,000 cycles, and a data retention period of up to 20 years, making it an ideal storage solution for applications requiring low power consumption and high reliability.

In terms of application fields, the P25Q64H-TBH is widely used in industrial automation equipment (such as PLC controllers, frequency converters, servo drivers), for storing logic programs, runtime settings, and sensor data; in communication equipment, for storing boot programs, firmware, and device configuration parameters; in smart meters (such as electric and water meters), for storing measurement data and calibration parameters; and it is also suitable for IoT devices and some automotive electronics applications, efficiently storing device configurations and sensor data.
