The MST8011, developed by MST Microelectronics (MSTM), is a high-performance MEMS oscillator with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 180 MHz and a frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It operates under a power supply voltage of 1.62V to 3.63V, with a typical power consumption of 4.5 mA (at 1.8V). In terms of shock resistance, it can easily withstand an impact of at least 60,000 g. It has an extremely short start-up time of less than 5 milliseconds and can seamlessly connect with LVCMOS/HCMOS outputs. Moreover, it offers various package sizes such as 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The MST8011 is suitable for a variety of application scenarios including security, video transmission, drones, robots, laptops, MBB, GPON/EPON, PCs/servers, telecommunications equipment, automotive electronics, optical modules, and IoT terminals.
