Microchip (微芯) I2C EEPROM chip AT24CM02-SSHM-T is a 2Mbit serial EEPROM in SOIC package. It adopts I2C communication interface and voltage range of 1.7V~5.5V, temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. Featuring 1MHz clock frequency, 256-byte page write, hardware write protection, up to 1 million erase/write cycles and 100-year data retention. Suitable for parameter storage in industrial equipment and consumer electronics.
