Microchip (微芯) I2C EEPROM chip 24LC128-E-MF is a 128Kb serial EEPROM in DFN package. It adopts I2C communication interface and temperature range of -40℃~+125℃. Featuring low power consumption and page write function, it can retain data up to 200 years. Suitable for parameter storage in industrial control, consumer electronics and IoT devices.
