Microchip (微芯) I2C EEPROM chip 24CS64-E-MS is a 64Kb serial EEPROM in MSOP-8 tube package. It adopts I2C communication interface and voltage range of 1.7V~5.5V, temperature range of -40℃~+125℃. Featuring 3.4MHz clock frequency, 32-byte page write, enhanced software write protection with unique 128-bit serial number, up to 1 million erase/write cycles and 200-year data retention. Suitable for parameter storage in industrial equipment and consumer electronics.
