Fujitsu FRAM: Automotive Electronics and Multi-Domain Applications

The MB85RC128APNF-G-JNERE1 is a 128Kb FRAM memory device packaged in an 8-pin SOP and compatible with the I²C interface. Operating at a 1 MHz clock frequency, the device has a working current of approximately 1.5 mA, a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, and a standby current of about 10 μA. With a fast write speed of 900 nanoseconds and non-volatile storage capabilities, the chip can operate stably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for low-power, high-reliability, and fast read/write applications.
