The MCU is equipped with 64KB of Flash memory and 16KB of SRAM, which meet the storage requirements for miniaturized applications. Packaged in an LQFP32 package, it offers good thermal performance and a compact size, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and consumer electronics applications.In addition, the AT32F421K8T7 integrates a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including multiple UARTs, SPIs, I²C interfaces, and a USB full-speed controller, which can meet diverse application needs.
