Fujitsu FRAM: The Combination of Low Power Consumption and High Durability

Fujitsu's FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) technology leads the storage field with its exceptional performance and innovative technology. Suitable for high-reliability applications such as automotive electronics, it maintains data reliability under extreme temperatures and has shipped over 500 million units in automotive environments. Compared to flash memory, EEPROMs, and battery-backed SRAMs, FRAM has significant advantages in reducing system costs, improving system efficiency, reducing complexity, and substantially lowering power consumption.
